Welcome Offer Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the COBB Grill NZ $10 welcome offer.

  1. The $10 welcome offer is available to new subscribers who sign up to the COBB Grill NZ email list via the sign-up form on cobbgrillnz.co.nz.
  2. The offer is valid on your first order with COBB Grill NZ only, placed online at cobbgrillnz.co.nz.
  3. A minimum spend of $200 (including GST, excluding shipping) applies.
  4. Your unique code will be emailed to the address you sign up with. It is single-use and valid for 30 days from the date it is sent.
  5. Limit of one offer per customer, household and email address. Existing customers and subscribers are not eligible.
  6. The code cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, promotion or offer.
  7. The code cannot be used on gift cards, is not redeemable for cash, is non-transferable, and is not valid in store or with any COBB retailer or stockist.
  8. If your order is returned or refunded, the discount value will not be refunded and the code will not be reissued.
  9. COBB Grill NZ reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time, and to cancel orders where the offer has been misused (for example, multiple sign-ups to claim more than one code).
  10. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of our emails. Your details are handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
  11. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
