The design of the Stainless Steel Grill Grid allows you to cook directly on the grid while juices and fat drain away from the coals or gas ring. This is the perfect accessory for smoking food on the COBB , as the holes allow ample smoke to permeate through ( need to be paired with the Fenced Roast Rack accessory for smoking ). The Grill Grid also works best as the base accessory when doing roasts on your COBB.

I brought this for using with the rotisserie that I am still waiting to come back into stock for near on 2 mths. Will also use when using Cobb for smoking, but a bit cold out for for that at the moment. It's a waiting game for Cobb to get there stock sorted, not a good way to run a business. So no feed back yet on how good it is, but ready to roast some veges and lightly smoke some brined drum sticks using cherry wood chip.
Love stainless grill plate so much easier to clean after doing a roast
The stainless one is much better than the non stick plate , much easier to scrub clean than the non stick version.
Good to have non Teflon Cannot wait for non Teflon fry pan
